Music and sound have been my lifelong companions, evolving from classical training into a deeply transformative healing practice. As a sound practitioner, I combine 20 years of musicianship with extensive study of sound healing, exploring both its measurable physiological effects and spiritual dimensions.

My practice draws on the understanding that everything in our universe is energy and exists in a state of vibration, including our bodies. Through carefully chosen frequencies and instruments, I create spaces for deep relaxation, renewal, and transformation.

  • Sessions vary depending on length, and type of session. Please see the services page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. For those experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to me privately at amanda@awakened-sound.com

  • Everyone will have a unique experience, and experiences will vary by type of session. Generally most people will feel relaxed, however if you are particularly sensitive or prone to panic attacks please reach out to me so that I can recommend a session that would be best suited for you.
